For over 10 years our company produces and exports worldwide West Africa food products such as cassava semolina called attieke, cassava fresh paste called plakali, fresh yams, fresh peanuts kernels, natural peanut paste, Egusi melon seeds, African pistachios paste, hibiscus sabdariffa flowers called bissap, dried okra powder and yellow or white natural corn flour. We export also typical frozen seafood products such as African big snails, smoked shrimps, smoked shrimps flour, smoked sardines, smoked barracuda and smoked pikes.

As we supply already American and European customers all our products meet international sanitary standards and all are free of dyes and preservatives.

Akpi almonds

These almonds called akpi come are ricinodendron heudoletii oleaginous plant fruits kernels

Kernels (cotyledons) or the edible parts of these fruits were analysed for fat, crude protein, ash and crude fibre. Total carbohydrates and energy values were also determined. The edible parts of Ricinodendron heudelotii were found to have a very high fat content (49.2 to 63.5 %) and crude protein (49.9 to 65.2%), and low total carbohydrates (4.9 to 6.4 %). The highest values for crude fibre and total ash were 9.37 and 17.76%, respectively.
